We hope you love all of our products, but for any reason you want to return, please see our policy below:

1. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. This applies to domestic and international customers.

2. All items must be in completely undamaged and unworn condition with the tag still on and all packaging in TACT. Please note that if the item is worn or damaged, we have the right to refuse the refund and will not return the item to you.

3. We do not refund any amount paid for shipping. This includes any amount you paid for delivery or to return the item. We only refund the cost of the item.

4. Once we receive your return our team will perform a quality assessment and if it is returned damaged or worn in any way unfortunately we cannot refund.

5. IMPORTANT: Please put your return form in the return package so that we can find your order and the amount you paid for the item, this way our team will easily initiate your refund.

6. All returns will be refunded within 10 working days of receipt subject to the above terms and conditions.

Exchange Policy

1. We strongly recommend that you measure your personal size according to our size guide, however, if you still don't fit the product, we accept exchange.

2. Please complete our return and exchange form and put it inside the return package.
