It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping details are filled in correctly at checkout to avoid any possibilities of a failed delivery. If you find that your order information is wrong, please get in touch with our customer service (contact@helloprettybags.com) with your order number and correct shipping details as soon as you can. We apologise for not being able to redirect or withdraw any orders once items have been dispatched. For failed delivery caused by wrong or inaccurate shipping details from the customer, we won’t be able to give you a refund.
