For international orders, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the shipping cost (except for EU countries and Canada whose prices include TVA). Therefore, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express Shipping for your order. If you refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes, the cost of the product and its shipping fees are not refundable.
